I'm Anna Locher, a Senior Multimedia Journalism student at Point Loma Nazarene University. I believe storytelling creates an opportunity for reconciliation within fractured communities, no matter the media form. This belief fuels my passion for journalism and entertainment alike. In the future, I plan to produce for a major studio, working in the industry that has become so integral to my identity.
I have served as Broadcast News Manager, Senior Producer and Technical Assistant for PLNU's Point TV club, working to support and unify students within the field. I have also honed my leadership skills by working with PLNU's freshman cohorts, in both Residential Life and Alpha programs.
Immediately following my graduation, I will be moving to Orlando, Florida to complete the Disney College Program; my first step towards storytelling with the best in the business, The Walt Disney Company.
When not in the studio (or soon-to-be Walt Disney World), you can find me with my nose in a book or listening to Taylor Swift's discography.
